Abstract Submission Guidelines
EFICON 2024 – Scientific Committee welcomes all delegates to submit their abstracts of original work for oral and /or poster presentation during the 5th Annual Conference of Epidemiological Foundation of India.

Submission Closes: 27th October, 2024
Last date early bird registration: 20th October, 2024

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- The abstract should be structured in IMRD (Introduction, Methods, Results and Conclusion) format with 3-6 relevant keywords
- All the abstracts should have a precise title. Do not use abbreviations or acronyms in the title.
- The title should be followed by name of all the authors (in order of their contribution to the study), designation and affiliated institute
- Full Name, Email ID and contact details of the presenting author should be mentioned in online form
- The abstract should be maximum of 250 words
- The abstract should be prepared with Times New Roman font style, font size of 12 and line spacing of 1.5
- There should be no images/flowcharts/graphs/diagrams/tables in the abstract
Note
- All the selected abstracts (both oral and poster) will be published in EFI Journal and in EFICON 2024 e-Souvenir which will be launched during the conference
- Organizing Committee reserves the right to reproduce the abstract in EFICON 2024 souvenir in print or electronic media
- Abstracts previously published/presented at any National/ International meetings are not permitted
- Delegates will receive a email confirmation on registered email address
- The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts and acceptance will be communicated. Please refer to conference registration ID in all correspondence regarding the abstract
- Scientific Committee reserves the right to accept or reject abstracts without explanation and to decide the mode of presentation (oral or e-poster)
- Scientific Committee reserves the right to allocate the session time or change the presentation type
- Decision of Scientific Committee is final
- Abstract must be submitted via online submission portal only
- Presenting author must register for the conference
